I am very happy with the service I received from this company and the repair technician, Serg. It was painless to schedule the service call using the webform. Serg courteously called ahead when he was running behind for my appointment. Upon arriving, he very quickly determined the issue with my Bosch dishwasher and did not pressure me into paying for parts/labor that would be futile. Unfortunately, I need to start fresh with a new dishwasher. Overall, a good experience with this company, and I will definitely be calling Serg if/when future appliance repair needs arise.
